We are seeking highly motivated Office Administrative professional to join our Construction company in the Tarzana area.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience with QuickBooks and 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office.
This is a full-time position working 5 days a week with a competitive hourly rate of $28.
The successful candidate will be responsible for Admin daily office operations, including enter data on QuickBooks, filing, and customer service, process invoices and payments, Knowledge, Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, correspondence, and manage email.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills, and the ability to work independently.
Our office is in the Tarzana area, and the successful candidate must be able to commute to this location.
