Chain of Express Car Wash looking to hire a Car Wash Guide Along and General Labor to join our team.
No Training is Necessary.
Minimum Wage or depending on experience.
Responsibilities Include:
Entails working outside, where he/she has the opportunity to interact with customers and ensure the best customer service to customers.
Greeting customers with a warm smile, asking them what they won't get done, collecting the specified fee, and happily getting to work, completing the tasks as quickly as possible.
He/she should be able to control the levers and switches that control the washing process.
He/she directs the Driver into the entrance to the car wash or guides them onto tracks.
The car wash Guide Along also involves protecting vehicles during the washing process by ensuring wipers are secured to the windshield, antennas are down, and other parts of the car are properly secured from the hard impact of the brush applied in the wash cycle.
Answering questions about membership sign-up fees and procedures.
Friendly, energetic attitude.
Excellent customer service and relationship skills.
