You would spend roughly 30% of your time helping with office/ administrative tasks such as inventory, documentation, follow up calls, etc and the other 70% of your time would be spend driving to meet our clients at their home.
You are paid for both your time AND your travel/ mileage.
Responsibilities:
Meet with our clients at their home Answer phones/ transfer calls efficiently Verify client information/ eligibility information Gain working knowledge of our programs and be able to answer basic questions (training provided) Maintain a neat and clean work environment and professional appearance and adherence to relevant health and safety procedures.
Complete errands in the field like shopping for our office, picking up mail, visiting clients in the field, etc Attend training to learn medical and healthcare terminology if needed Requirements:
Excellent communication skills Reliable transportation Spanish/ Bilingual, is a plus but not required Job Type:
