Job Summary Retail Sales Associate will provide exceptional customer service experiences to customers and help maintain an attractive store floor.
Associates will build relationships with customers and assist them with choosing the retail wine, spirit, or beer for their need.
Other responsibilities include assisting with restocking floor, maintaining displays, doing customer transactions, and more as needs arise.
Duties/Responsibilities Build and maintain customer relationships by greeting customers, listening to customer needs and making recommendations accordingly Answer phones and answer customer questions Replenish and maintain inventory and store standards Perform cashier functions and assist with customer transactions Assist with internal customer service needs Perform tasks in a timely and efficient manner as well as following instructions Help improve quality of customer service by making recommendations for processes Required Skills/Abilities 21 years of age or older Ability to learn and adapt to new situations Strong communication skills Strong analytical skills and creative thinking Ability to handle pressure during busy times of the year, i.
