is a leading property management and real estate development company in the San Fernando Valley with a large portfolio of apartment communities.
We are currently seeking a part-time resident manager for our beautiful apartment community located in Lake Balboa.
Our part-time community managers are required but not limited to:
Show available units, conduct open houses, schedule move-ins and move outs, coordinate vendors, provide maintenance staff, general cleaning of common areas and attend to resident requests.
Prepare and execute leases, rent collection, serve notices and renewals.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience as resident manager, sales or customer service Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Excellent customer service and problem solving skills Honest, energetic with a sense of humor Experience in leasing and a proven closing track record Organized, self-motivated and able to multi-task Excellent follow through and follow-up skills Computer literate (Yardi, Word, Excel, Outlook and posting Craigslist) Ability to take charge and follow direction Must possess your own computer Must have a sense of humor Excellent credit history is required Compensation &
