The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office manager, including scheduling appointments, invoicing, Receivables and payables.
QuickBooks knowledge is a must! The ideal candidate must be highly organized and detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Maintain a filing system for all documents and records.
Answer and direct incoming calls and emails.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.
Provide administrative support to the management team.
Organize and maintain office supplies and equipment.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
Perform data entry tasks as needed.
