INSURANCE BENEFITS VERIFICATION SPECIALIST (VOB) Responsibilities Include:
Verifying insurance benefits Primary job functions include, but are not limited to:
Make daily calls and research account issues.
Assist billing clients with insurance benefits questions as necessary.
Appropriately document all correspondence with clients and third party insurances.
Monitor fax system Handle assigned tasks.
Correspond consistently and professionally.
