The ideal candidate will be a team worker with experience and skills in office administration and an ability to perform some light bookkeeping tasks.
Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Answer incoming phone calls on a multi-line phone system in a professional manner Greet walk-in visitors and employees General administrative support including general filing throughout small office Troubleshoot maintenance of office equipment (phones and printers) Open and distribute incoming mail Process outgoing mail Stock and maintain restrooms, kitchen, and office supplies Light Bookkeeping and ad hoc reporting as needed Other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS:

years administrative experience Professional and courteous phone skills Ability to effectively multi task Ability to problem solve and work with minimal direction Ability to perform minor bookkeeping tasks 1
year experience with QuickBooks preferred Experience with MS Word, Excel and Outlook a plus Bi-lingual a plus Hours:
Monday through Friday 8:
