The Office Assistant is responsible for performing a range of clerical and administrative tasks to support daily operations.
Responsibilities:
Keeping inventory of PPE, office supplies and kitchen essentials.
Proficiency in Excel is required.
Restocking items regularly, including printer paper.
Moving laundry from manufacturing for pickup and drop-off.
Verifying all items on an order have arrived and tracking delivered.
FedEx and UPS pickups and drop offs.
Creating positive work environment through essential oil diffuser and music.
Welcoming visitors to the office and offering assistance.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
