Qualifications needed:
- Honesty, Integrity, Dependable, Reliable & High Ethics - Good communication - People Oriented - Professional and neat appearance - Good listening skills and must be willing to learn - Interest/knowledge of mobile technology - 1

Experience in the Cell phone industry (ideal but not required) - Reliable transportation - Open Availability/Schedule - Bilingual (English and Spanish due to store demographics)
Responsibilities:
- Greets customers in a timely and positive manner to create a positive sales/buying experience for the customer - Identifies the customer's needs and provide information related to Metro by T-Mobile products and services - Complete training on all handsets in order to communicate the key features and benefit of each to new and existing customers - Handles all administrative aspects of the sale including paperwork to establish service, accepting - Maintains files of existing and potential customers - Performs sales tracking and related reporting - Maintains floor stocking levels, displays and help ensure that the store is clean and presentable to customers' Job Types:
