- Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best possible prices and terms for goods and services - Source and procure materials, equipment, and supplies needed for the organization - Manage the procurement process from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery of goods - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their purchasing needs and requirements - Utilize Aspire and /or QuickBooks to track and manage purchase orders - Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information - Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors - Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely delivery of goods
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field (preferred) - Proven experience in purchasing or procurement roles - Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and vendor negotiation - Proficiency in using Aspire and / or QuickBooks or similar procurement management systems - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Note:
