We are looking for a reliable, dedicated person who is comfortable taking on multiple duties throughout the office.
This is an entry level position with room for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Receiving, date stamping and distributing mail - Adding postage to outgoing mail - Scanning documents and attaching documents to client files with accuracy - Maintaining a tidy office environment - Supporting office staff in a variety of tasks
Qualifications:
- Strong time management skills - Able to report to work on time each day - PC literate - Willingness to help where needed - Has a vehicle and can drive to the post office daily - Can lift up to 20lbs - Positive attitude Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
