Work Schedule Monday, Wednesday, and Friday:

Responsibilities As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our patients and ensuring the smooth operations of our office.
Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting and assisting patients during check-in and check-out processes Managing incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy Scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars Processing payments and discussing financial matters with patients Scanning and organizing important documents Occasional translation assistance for the doctor Utilizing a specialized computer system (training provided) to manage tasks efficiently Maintaining composure and offering excellent service, even in challenging situations Demonstrating proactive problem-solving skills and taking initiative in tasks Occasionally assisting the doctor with exams Qualifications Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills Comfortable using computers and adapting to new software systems Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure Proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not required If you're a motivated, customer-focused individual with a passion for excellence, we encourage you to apply!
