Most importantly, office managers ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner and reported back to the proper department head.

Qualifications:

Year Experience using any basic computer programs such as e-mail, excel, word, etc.
Experience in receiving a task list and completing it within a given time frame.
Willingness to learn new programs and grow within the company.
Responsibilities Run payroll and check for any errors (all training provided by company) Input the necessary payroll into LCP tracker (a certified payroll system, all training provided) Complete documents with basic information provided by manager Print and review necessary reports and hand them off to the proper admins Respond and send emails to necessary employees regarding questions, concerns, company meetings, etc.
Organize and keep the office area up to standards.
Schedule necessary meetings with the administration and job site staff Job Type:
