We specialize in corporate events, social functions, weddings, and luxury destination event planning and coordination.
We work closely with each client from concept to completion with an all hands on deck approach.
We are seeking an Event Planning Assistant to join our team! We would love to add an awesome, upbeat member to our team who can work part-time to start with the possibility of full time when we are stacked with events.
We are looking for someone to assist with multiple tasks in the office and on location at events.
Duties would consist of (but not limited to) email correspondence, general office duties & errands, vendor/venue research and correspondence, social media maintenance, sourcing design elements, crafting/assembling, event preparation/set up/strike, etc DAILY TASKS (NOT LIMITED TO):
Office organization Inventory of event materials Processing event related items Processing and organizing returns Packing and organizing crate for event and storage upkeep On-site event help Errand runs Research and vendor outreach Event van loading and unloading Designing event decks and working with event rentals Sourcing of materials for upcoming events Shipping and receiving as well as preparation of invitations and save the dates Data entry & RSVP tracking Vendor outreach and assistance with booking vendors General administrative support Assistance in social media efforts including Instagram and Website REQUIRED Positive/can-do attitude!!! Knowledge of basic computer programs (Canva, All Seated, Google Drive, Microsoft Office, Square Space) Organizational skills Deadline and detail-oriented (Follow through for tasks assigned until completed) Some events require long hours on site, you must be good at remaining positive and upbeat while we work as a team to execute the events and needs of the client Professional attitude Ability to work well in teams BIG PLUSES Great sense of humor (we are a small office of women and friends who love to have a good time at work and laugh while getting it all done!) Schedule Flexibility - part-time work to start in the office during the week and also availability to work on-site during the weekends at events Love/knowledge of the event planning world, design, decor, layouts, etc Social media expertise MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Associate/Bachelor Degree Interest in the event industry Excellent internet research abilities Strong written and oral communication skills Dependability Organization Friendly disposition & patience Detail-oriented and well organized with the ability to multitask Some knowledge of Photoshop (Graphic design knowledge a plus) A minimum commitment of 16 hours per week in our North Hollywood office Job Types:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
