Job Description:
We are looking to hire an individual who is great at multi-tasking, computer savvy, strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Proven track record in driving process improvement and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Hiring employees for clients/facilities Designing and updating existing company policies, documentations, etc.
Onboarding:
maintaining employee records making sure all files are up to date.
Advising on strategies to align facility practices with Joint Commission standards, ensuring high-quality care delivery.
Assisting in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices that meet regulatory requirements.
Guiding facilities through the licensing process with the Department of Healthcare Services, ensuring adherence to all necessary guidelines.
