- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner - Answer and direct phone calls using our office phone system - Provide general administrative support, including filing, scanning, and data entry - Schedule appointments and manage calendars - Assist with order entry and inventory management - Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information - Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow - Perform proofreading tasks to ensure accuracy of documents Skills:
