Key
Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruitment:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Talent Sourcing:
Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to attract and engage top healthcare talent.
Candidate Assessment:
Conduct thorough evaluations of candidates' qualifications, clinical skills, and cultural fit for our organization.
Candidate
Experience:
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey, providing timely updates and feedback.
Employer Branding:
Promote American Professional Ambulance as an employer of choice by crafting compelling job descriptions and conveying our commitment to employee development and well-being.
Collaboration:
Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability to inform our recruitment strategies.
Diversity and Inclusion:
Champion diversity and inclusion efforts in recruitment to foster a well-rounded and inclusive workforce.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system and generate regular recruitment reports to track progress and analyze key metrics.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably within the healthcare or emergency medical services industry.
In-depth knowledge of healthcare recruitment practices, regulations, and relevant certifications.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools to streamline processes.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey our company values and opportunities to candidates.
Proactive, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
