Someone who is friendly, well groomed, compassionate, professional and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, self started, who is organized, and a team player! Essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to:
- We are looking for someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Checking patients in and out -Answering multi line telephone -Accurate Data entry.
- Preparing patients medical records -Taking down messages accurately.
-Sending and receiving a fax.
-Schedule appointments, and confirming appointments.
-Helping patients fill out forms accurately, and completely.
-Keeping the front office organized and neat.
(Maintain a clean waiting room) - Has previous medical office experience -Computer skills:
-proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel - Create and maintain reports as requested efficiently and accurately - Ensure the right information is identified at the right time and at the appropriate level for reporting purposes - Knowledge of administrative processes and medical billing - Pays attention to details - Organized - Training will be provided.
