is currently seeking a motivated and energetic individual for our beautiful 22-unit apartment community located in Van Nuys.
Job duties for this role are, but not limited to:
Showing available units, conduct open houses, schedule move-ins and move outs, coordinate vendors and maintenance staff, attend to resident requests, maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of property grounds, prepare and execute leases, rent collection, serve notices and renewals.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience sales and customer service Outstanding credit history is required Must be a people-person Strong closing and sales skills with proven track record Organized, self-motivated and able to multi-task Excellent communication skills Impeccable follow through and follow-up skills Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook and posting Craigslist) Ability to take charge and follow direction Have reliable transportation Must live on site Must have a sense of humor Previous management experience is a plus!
