We are seeking a full timew 10-4 front desk receptionist job in Van Nuys.
Will be in charge of scheduling, handling customer service, inputting electronic medical records and collecting co pays.
Preferably someone with experience in Home Care that has used Synergy.
Mon - Fri.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients - Administer all paperwork of clients - Monitor patients' results - Provide support and companionship to patients - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Home Care receptionist or similar role is preferred - Proficient in front desk duties, including medical receptionist tasks - Ability to transcribe and computerize patient information accurately - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Familiarity with Synergy and other administrative software - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Customer service-oriented mindset - Typing skills Job Type:
