Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, Executive Director will direct the campus operations in accordance with all applicable regulatory/governmental/accreditation standards within the education industry. The Executive Director will offer leadership to the on student enrollments, financial aid, student aid, student retention, career services, educational/support staff and personnel administration functions. The person will supervise direct and handle the Campus operations, budget and performance objectives personally or through subordinate managers to ensure it meets university goals. The person will serve as a member of the Leadership Team for strategic planning, fiscal management, resource development, community relations, and policy setting. Moreover she/he will support in the development of operational and capital budgets and prepare reports on campus services, enrollments, placements, and training budgets, staffing, and other activities as needed.
