This creative home offers a private, relaxing retreat that sparks the imagination. Our home is a 2 story house. Upstairs: There are 2 rooms. One large bedroom with queen size bed and with a view of the neighborhood treetops & the Santa Susana Mountainscape. One smaller intimate, warm office/ bedroom with Full Futon overlooking the backyard. And a full bathroom upstairs. The downstairs offers a luminous, spacious open floor plan with high vaulted ceilings. On the first level you will find: A bright living room with a comfy couch and firestick TV. A well lit dining area. A colorful fully equipped kitchen with an extra desk looking out into the backyard. A very large beautiful, tranquil studio bedroom with queen size bed and with a writing nook. a small bathroom and a reading den-lounge with French doors that open up to the backyard patio and that has a classic, well lit animation drafting table for your use. The backyard desert oasis is for your only enjoyment. Enjoy the California Sun on the wide deck. Our home was built in the 1950's and comes with old charm, personality and some quirks. Kitchen amenities include: refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, stove, oven & microwave. Laundry: washer/dryer are found in the outside closest, making doing laundry easy and accessible. The 2 car driveway is available for your use. The home comes with a couple of indoor plants that need to be watered once a week. Los Angeles is a nexus point of cultures, technology and arts.
